Evaluation Criteria
Applications to the Administrative and Engineering tracks are evaluated according to the criteria below. You can instantly see your preliminary assessment based on the information you provide in the application form.
Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree from a Turkish University

- Candidates with a graduation GPA below 2,20/4,00 are not considered, even if they meet the additional conditions.
- GPAs are calculated to two decimal places using mathematical rounding (e.g., 3,396 → 3,40).
- Grades not on the 4-point scale are converted using the university's approved equivalence table or, if there is none, the YÖK 4-point–100-point conversion table.
- Graduates of distance-learning or open-education bachelor's programs are not considered for the Administrative and Engineering tracks.

Foreign Language (English) Criteria
Candidates who achieve the minimum score in any of the exams below earn +0,20 additional points. Exam scores have a validity period of 5 years and must be valid as of the date on which the interview or hiring approval process is initiated.
Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree from a Foreign University
Candidates who earned their bachelor's degree at a foreign university (for candidates placed through ÖSYM, the criteria for Turkish universities apply) must meet all of the following conditions:
- The sum of the bachelor's graduation grade and additional points must correspond to a success rate of at least 65% for universities ranked in the top 1000 of any of the QS, RUR or THE world rankings, and at least 85% for universities outside the top 1000.
- Holding a YÖK Equivalence and/or Interuniversity Board certificate. If staff members from the same school/field have previously submitted an equivalence certificate, the candidate must undertake to submit the certificate within 5 months of the employment start date.
- Master's and PhD degrees obtained abroad are evaluated after the equivalence certificate has been submitted.
Candidates with 10 or More Years of Experience
For candidates with 10 or more years of work experience related to the job description, the GPA, foreign language, ÖSYM ranking and bachelor's field criteria do not apply. For degrees obtained abroad, the equivalence certificate requirement still applies.
Candidates with a PhD
Candidates holding a PhD degree that meets the requirements of the job description are not required to meet the bachelor's graduation conditions.
Candidates with a High School / Associate Degree
In the Technician, Office Staff, Service Staff, etc. tracks, the exam criterion and the field-of-graduation criterion do not apply to candidates with 10 or more years of work experience related to the job description. For degrees obtained abroad, an ÖSYM equivalence certificate is required.
